I Am
|
Then
|
a good person?
|
I have a good/helpful thought!
|
evil?
|
a thought is evil/unhelpful.
|
healthy?
|
I think of good health!
|
psychosomatically ill?
|
a thought is making me so.
|
wealthy?
|
I think of riches!
|
poor?
|
a thought of mine is of poverty.
|
I choose to focus on a pure and a positive
2. Negative: feeling, emotion, passion - prejudice, belief, habit: I clear a mental cobweb by turning my talisman a little more from NMA to PMA.
3. I clear a mental cobweb of negative passion, emotions, feelings, tendencies, prejudice, belief or habit by flipping my invisible talisman from NMA to PMA. I do this continually - I am responding to what I read in Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude.
4. When I face a problem that involves a misunderstanding with another person,
I start with myself.
5. One word can cause an argument, develop a misunderstanding, generate unhappiness or end in misery.
One word
with PMA, when
compared to the same word with NMA, has an
opposite effect.
One word
brings greater chance of peace or war,
yes or no,
love or hate,
integrity or dishonesty.
6. I start with searching for a meeting of the minds. When Dr. Fosdick brought about a meeting of the minds, the young man himself concluded that he was not an atheist, he did believe in God.
7. Frog legs taught logic. As I reason by inference, I am certain that my major and minor premises are correct.
8. An all-inclusive, restrictive word such as: always – only - never - nothing - every - everyone - no-one - can't – impossible - are eliminated as a premise in reasoning.
9. Necessity is the word. Necessity motivates me to higher achievement through my personal honesty and integrity!
10. A teen-age problem child? I maintain hope for them. They may not be a saint, and they have the power to make their world and my world a better world to live in!
11. I pick a thought of mine; I influence an emotion of mine; and I better ordain my destiny! I memorize and repeat frequently a self-motivator. These are quoted from history:
As I thinketh in my heart, so am I.
If I canst believe, all things are
possible to me that believeth.
According
to my faith is it unto me.
Faith
without work is dead.
What thing so ever I desire, when I
focus, believe that I receive it, and I shall have it.
Ask and
it shall be given me; seek and I shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto me.
"Things are neither good nor bad, and a thought makes them so."
- Shakespeare
"Things are neither good nor bad, and a thought makes them so."
- Shakespeare
12. I separate "fact" from fiction. I then see the difference between an important fact and unimportant fact.
I DIRECT A THOUGHT OF MINE WITH PMA
AND I BETTER CONTROL AN EMOTION OF MINE,
TO BETTER ORDAIN A DESTINY FOR MYSELF

I RECOGNISE the principle. I RELATE it to my life. I ASSIMILATE it into my way of being. I ACT with it as part of how I interact with the world.
