1. In my life a dual part is played in which I motivate another and they motivate me. I have learnt and apply an art of motivation with PMA.
2. I seek to motivate another to have confidence in themself by showing them that I have an increasing faith in myself and an increasing faith in them.
3. A letter might change a life for the better. I have the habit of motivating a loved one by writing a note containing an acknowledgement of them as a person.
4. I seek to motivate another by an example.
5. I seek to motivate with an inspirational, self-help, action book.
6. I seek to know what might motivate a person — I seek to motivate them with a bit of my PMA.
7. I seek to motivate myself by a self-suggestion. I seek to motivate another by a suggestion.
8. I seek to understand that an emotion of mine tends to not be subject to reason – an emotion tends to be subject to an action. I experience an emotion - I take an action to address it!
9. I tend to be enthusiastic, because I tend to act enthusiastically!
10. I tend to speak enthusiastically to put aside timidity or a fear:
(a) I talk firmly
(b) I talk rapidly
(c) I emphasize an important word
(d) I pause where there is a period, comma or other punctuation in the written word
(e) I keep a smile in my voice so that my voice is pleasant
(f) I use modulation.
11. I have 17 PMA success cards; because I act on “I DO A BIT OF IT NOW!”
I HAVE A THING IN MY LIFE
THAT I AM PUTTING IN EFFORT FOR
I HAVE A THING IN MY LIFE I AM
MEDITATING A BIT FOR!

I RECOGNISE the principle. I RELATE it to my life. I ASSIMILATE it into my way of being. I ACT with it as part of how I interact with the world.
