PILOT NO. 17 - A Thought I Might Choose To Steer By

1. I have a bit more health. My bit more positive mental attitude tends to positively affect my health - it tends to attract a bit more good health to me.

2. Focusing on a helpful thought - positive or cheerful thought - tends to improve a bit the way I feel. What tends to positively affect my mind also tends to positively affect my body.

3. A positive mental attitude toward a one I love is a means of helping their life be a tiny bit more helpful. I remember a father who helped save the life of his infant son by going into action with a bit of a Positive Mental Attitude.

4. I practice a bit of PMA to live a bit fuller, bit richer, or bit more engaged life.

5. I have within me a bit of a positive mental attitude so powerful that it tends to seep down from my conscious into my subconscious mind. In a time of need or emergency, it automatically flashes back to my conscious mind. Even in a great emergency like life or death.

6. I study a bit of an inspirational book, tape or recording. It inspires and teaches me how to motivate myself to a bit more positive desirable action, to work a bit toward and thus put in effort to achieve a goal I desire.

7. I use a bit of the 17 success principles, which I have memorized, and apply it a bit in my life!

8. Wealth cannot, by itself, buy good health. I achieve a bit more good health by striving for it and observing a simple rule of hygiene and a bit of a good health habit. I remember, John D. Rockefeller had to retire at the age of 57 because of ill health, but through a bit of a positive mental attitude and a bit more wholesome living, he reached the ripe old age of 97.

9. I know that PMA recognizes the importance of education in physical, mental, or social hygiene - I put in effort to keep abreast of a current development affecting a bit of my mental, moral, or physical health.

10. I have and live with a bit more hope — for there may be a bit of a cure for an ailment. I have a bit more PMA and take a bit of guesswork out of my health by seeking a bit of aid at the right time.

11. A bit more PMA helps repel an accident and tragedy by keeping me alert to a danger at most times. Should a bit of tragedy strike, however, PMA guides me in meeting a reverse calmly and deliberately.

12. A bit more of a sound mind and a bit more of a sound body are mine because I put a bit more PMA to work for me. I enjoy a bit of good health, and I live a bit happier and I live a bit longer with a bit of PMA.

I FEEL A BIT HEALTHY!
I FEEL A BIT HAPPY!
I FEEL A BIT TERRIFIC!

PILOT NO. 16 - A Thought I Might Choose To Steer By

1. I have a bit of an eye on my energy level, through my positive-emotion well-being, and I use a bit of my mental and spiritual energy to profoundly affect my physical energy! I take a bit more out of myself, by far, than I think I have got.

2. I know that a truly important source of physical energy is an exercise that challenges me, coupled with wholesome, nutritious food – that my mental, and spiritual energy is maintained through an inspirational and developmental meeting, book, video or audio recording.

3. I use a principle Dr. Thomas Kirk Cureton taught to Roger Bannister - “The more a body endures, the more it can endure.” I get adequate rest. I use these elements combined with regular goal achieving activity and have a bit of extra energy to work on and achieve a goal of mine.

4. I push toward a limit of my endurance - then rest and try again.

5. I take time to recharge a bit of my battery through relaxation, play, rest and sleep.

6. I avoid or neutralize fatigue through exercise, rest and adequate nutrition.

7. A meal of mine is based on a bit more well-balanced diet.

8. I take a spiritual and mental vitamin daily by watching, listening to, or reading, a bit of inspirational material.

9. My energy is being directed a bit toward a bit more useful channel!

10. I use my energy in the joyful pursuit of a worthwhile, pre-determined goal or activity of mine.

11. "I have a bit more of the serenity to accept a thing I cannot change,
a bit more of the courage to change a thing I can,
and a bit more of the wisdom to tell the difference."

12. An bit of an emotion of fear is likely helpful to protect my physical well-being from a recklessly dangerous pursuit. Fear is likely unhelpful when it is a bit irrational or a bit developmentally limiting. I allow it to be, while I put in some effort to do a bit of what is helpful..

13. I AM a bit energetic, because I act a bit energetically!

I INCREASE MY ENERGY LEVEL A BIT THROUGH A BIT OF PMA!
